BIGLAKE is very proud to present David R. Maracle, Bear Clan, Tehanenia’kwè:tarons, Cutter of Stone, Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte, Kenhtè:ke Kanyen’kehá:ka, who was born the seventh son of Andrew C. Maracle (Mohawk, Turtle Clan) and Lillian J. Maracle (Scottish, Bruce Clan).

David is a world-renowned artist, multi-instrumentalist, and keeper of Indigenous knowledge. He has a deep understanding and appreciation for his Mohawk Haudenosaunee roots and will share inspiring messages through his Indigenous Music fusion. He will bring to life animal sounds of the Indigenous forest, including Bear, Wolf, and Loon, and incorporate the forest elements of rain, rivers, thunder, winds, and fire.
