BIGLAKE and The Regent Theatre proudly present The Fretless, a Canadian foursome that has firmly established itself on the international music scene with prolific playing, masterful compositions, iconic collaborations, and electrifying live shows.

The Fretless has expanded the idea of what a string quartet can be, transforming fiddle tunes and folk melodies into intricate, multi-layered arrangements with a distinctive percussive sound. The recent collaboration with singer-songwriter Madeleine Rogers shows a more vulnerable, introspective and transformative side to this contemporary folk music ensemble.
